How we use it

We use this information to respond to you, prepare orders and designs, arrange fulfillment, issue invoices and maintain business records. Authorized Biscayne staff can access these records through our company workspace.

Service providers

Our website hosting and database providers store website records. Google Workspace stores company records and delivers order and design emails. Paybrain handles payment checkout; full payment-card details are entered with the payment provider rather than stored in our website database. Airbnb handles stays booked through its own website under its policies.

Browser storage

Your browser stores your cart and temporary order or inquiry references so you can continue checkout or safely retry a request. Clearing this storage can remove access to a saved checkout link.
